By accessing or using the Base One Global platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Base One Global provides a real estate investment advisory platform that offers property listings, investment analysis, portfolio management tools, smart builder functionality, and related advisory services. Our platform connects investors with curated property opportunities across Southeast Asia and other emerging markets. The availability of specific features may vary by region and subscription tier.
To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not: use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems; interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers; transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content; scrape, mine, or collect data from the Services without our written consent; impersonate any person or entity; or use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure.
All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and AI-generated analyses — are owned by PT Telkon One Group or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Services without our prior written consent.
Certain Services require payment of fees. All fees are stated in the applicable currency and are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated. Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for recurring fees. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Failed payments may result in suspension of access to paid features.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PT Telkon One Group and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, investment returns, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Investment information and analyses provided through the platform are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should conduct your own due diligence and consult with qualified professionals before making investment decisions.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PT Telkon One Group, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: your use of the Services; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any third-party rights; or any content you submit or transmit through the Services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. PT Telkon One Group is incorporated and operates under Indonesian law. Any legal matters related to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indonesian courts, specifically the courts of Denpasar, Bali.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties for a period of thirty (30) days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to mediation in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be finally resolved by arbitration under the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI). The language of arbitration shall be English or Bahasa Indonesia, at the parties' election.
